Do I need to bring a towel?

No. Showers, lockers and towels are available at the studio.

I've never done Lagree. Can I book a class?

Yes. Every session is built so each movement can be adapted to your level, whether it is your first class or you already train Lagree regularly, and class sizes are kept small so you get attentive coaching.

Can I book through ClassPass?

Yes, Niroo is listed on ClassPass alongside direct booking.
